They Saw Me For Me! 

I cannot thank Julie and Mike enough at Chris Leith Automotive. I am one of those people that have struggled over the years, and now have credit problems. I was in the worst situation. My job was in jeopardy. I was paying hundreds for a rental car. Other car dealers flat out lied to me, and told me anything to get me to their lot just to try and milk thousands and thousands of dollars out of me. I walked into Chris Leith today thinking I had spent many nights up all night praying. Some nights crying, just hoping that someone would help me out. I was never treated like a number once by Julie. She worked with me mostly. She saw me and not a credit score. Someone that just needed a chance to repair their credit and get reliable transportation. Julie and Mike had a way about them that you know is genuine. They honestly cared about my situation. I’ve never seen two people work so hard for one person. It blew me away. I was so overwhelmed. Today I drove my car home. Not ashamed to say that I cried most of the way back. I felt the weight of the world off of my shoulders. Sales Techniqes By Curtis 

I really had no intention of buying a new car when I stopped in. Just wanted to test drive a Malibu.

But Curtis handled the situation to perfection. He suggested that I might be able to get the car for

dealer cost less the $1,750 factory rebate. I HATE having to dicker back and forth until you finally

reach a price because you always feel that you were taken advantage of in the end. Tell all your

salesmen to use Curtis' method. It worked for me.

ONSTAR SAVED MY LIFE! 
To All OnStar Drivers and Future OnStar Customers:
I would like to share a story with you that changed my life dramatically and OnStar was there with me every second.
In June 22nd I was traveling home in my brand new 2008 GMC Sierra Texas Edition – a beautiful truck, lift kit, big rims and tires. You name it the truck had it. It was my pride and joy.
It was around 11:45 p.m. and traffic was kind of heavy for that time of night. There was a black Dodge truck that was passing me and driving crazy. You could tell that he was intoxicated, so I started to move into another lane.
This guy was so brave he tried to pass between me and another car on the beltway. A real smart guy. As the Dodge Ram hit my truck and threw it in to the median at 70 mph, I hear a beep and then, “Mr. Kalfas are you okay?” I was panicking and I couldn’t respond - the truck was still moving. As the truck twisted and turned, it began to roll over and as it was rolling the OnStar Emergency Advisor said, “Mr. Kalfas we have emergency services en route. Just hang in there.”
 
Everything was ejected from my truck but me. My pride and joy was a total loss. The guy that hit me didn’t stop, he just kept driving. I’m very lucky to be alive. The comfort that OnStar gave me was knowing there was a real person on the line. The police arrived within three minutes after the truck came to its final resting place.

Good Going Kent! 

I like the new service receptionist/scheduler. Frees up Mark Parkin and the others to deal with people

and vehicles already in the shop. I had a noise in my steering that was hard to descibe so Mark had Kent

rode with me so I could show them the problem. Of course I could not duplicate the noise with them in

the van but they were able to replace the correct part based on my description. I believe this is one of
