Part of the work done on my car was covered under the warranty; I arrived in your service department fully expecting that you would try to find a way around honoring the warranty. Unfortunately, that has been my experience with other dealerships in the past. I was very pleased that the warranty work was treated with the same importance as the work for which I was paying.
